Terms and Conditions

Payment

Payment must be made in full 10 days before your event. Failure to do so will deem your event as cancelled and this will be charged at the rate of £50.

Cancellations

All cancellations by the client must be done in writing no less than 48 hours before the event date. Failure to do so will mean the cancellation charge of £50 will be deducted from your payments. Cancellation due to adverse weather (i.e. 0 degrees Celsius temperatures or heavy rain) will incur charges if we have started travelling to your event, or if we are already on-site at your event when it is cancelled. Charges will be made for any travelling costs to and from your event.

Risk Assessment

As a client you will be required to make a full Risk Assessment of your event, ensuring that buildings, trees have been carefully assessed. Care to ensure the safety of your guests and Snow Solutions staff must be taken into consideration. Adequate room for our pickup delivering the snow machine must be made. Also, we require two electrical power outlets that must have been checked by a qualified electrician and certified that they will produce 240V. Our machine requires 9.5A and uses 2.3kW.

Insurance

Snow Solutions has Public Liability Insurance to cover all events.
